First and foremost, I’m a mother. And I know how important it is to feel your best, not just for yourself, but for your family as well: our energy, our habits, and our health ripple through everything we do. And through everyone we love!
My wellness journey began with chronic fatigue, gut issues, and anxiety. I felt like a shell of myself until I embraced the healing power of nutrition, mindfulness, and holistic living.
Today, I combine personal experience with professional training to guide others on their path to health. Through Body Soul Roots, I offer personalized, science-backed coaching that meets you where you are and supports lasting transformation.
